Summary:

Sixty-Seven patients were accessioned nationally. One patient was accessioned to this trial at Hopkins. She finished her protocol treatment in 1996 and our last contact with the patient was in 9/2001. In the interim the patient has moved to Dallas, Texas and we have been unsuccessful in contacting her. Study was closed to accrual on 04/30/1996.
